What tax documentation do you provide?
We provide receipts for all donations as a best practice.
■ For monetary donations of $250 or more, donors will receive a written acknowledgment that includes our EIN and confirmation of tax-exempt status.
■ For non-cash contributions, receipts will describe the donated item but will not assign a dollar value. The IRS requires donors to determine the fair market value of non-cash items.
■ If goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution, we will disclose the estimated fair market value of those benefits in accordance with IRS requirements.
